Andrea is an expert in the Newark and greater Essex County markets of New Jersey. After a year of experience, Andrea has contributed in over $55M in sales with the NJ team and has personally originated $4M in property value in 2022.
Prior to joining IPRG, Andrea (Dre) attended Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where he majored in finance with a concentration in alternative investments. In addition to his studies, he was part of the Finance Society club, and an A-side rugby player. During his time at Fordham, Dre interned with Claremont Development, focusing on the optimization of opportunity zones. After this role, he worked as a project manager for Endeavor Property Group where he oversaw the development of financial and business models for multiple projects consisting of over 300 units.
