Liana Monticello is the Director of Marketing at IPRG, where she oversees the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and client outreach efforts. With a strong foundation in real estate and a results-driven mindset, Liana plays a key role in supporting IPRG’s continued growth and market presence.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Monmouth University. During her time in school, she interned at a property management company, where she gained valuable insights into property operations and tenant relations. Following graduation, Liana served as a Transaction Manager at a New Jersey-based multifamily brokerage for two years, where she was deeply involved in deal execution and client service.
Liana is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Sales Associate, further reinforcing her expertise and commitment to the real estate industry. Her blend of transactional experience and marketing acumen allows her to develop strategies that are both creative and grounded in industry knowledge.
